P.F. Chang's

Surprusingly excellent service by Mahi, who was extremely tentative, careful and helpful to offer me the steamed dumplings by putting spicy sauce aside, and provided me hot water as I am currently having medically restrictive diet. He remembered everything crystal clear, especially regarding redeeming my birthday rewards, etc. The boxes and the sizes of the bags for me to pack my leftovers were precise as well! He is an asset everywhere he goes! Really hope there are power outlets on the tables for me to charge my phone battery, I believe this must be majority customers wishes. Love the edemame, the food overall is not too appealing to me, but mainly it's due to my stomach issue (I only prefer light and soft food), but the desert was so nice, which is a great wall chocolate cake with some fresh berries. I really enjoyed overall got taken care of well for today's dine in.

My husband and I visited for my birthday dinner. We had an outstanding experience at P.F. Chang’s at Somerset Mall, thanks to James! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our dining experience enjoyable. James provided exceptional service, anticipating our needs without being intrusive and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire meal. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and crafted some fantastic drinks that were absolutely delicious. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly elevated our evening. Outstanding servers like James are the reason customers return. If you have the opportunity to be served by him, you’re in for a great experience. Thank you, James, for making our visit so memorable!

Came in on the late side and they got us seated right away. Sat at the bar. They took our order and food came out quickly and was very good. Lots of fun, just hanging out and chatting. Great vibe. Clean, and not too loud.

Great Dinner out with my Fiancé for her birthday and engagement. 🎂 very cozy atmosphere and service. A bit slow for service, but I completely understand that the food is made with love and craftsmanship by hand. We will definitely be returning.

It’s been years since I’ve dined at this location and I was thoroughly impressed with the tranquil, intimate atmosphere, and that the service and food quality are still exceptional! Not only did our dishes have beautiful presentation, but the plates were well portioned and the food was served hot and fresh! We enjoyed the lunch special which starts at $13.99, we chose the crispy honey chicken and Mongolian beef, our top favorites, and both upgraded to fried rice. They even have some delicious cocktails including the seasonal holiday specials that we ordered. Our server was a delight! He was friendly and funny, and took great care of us. Great stop for lunch when every other restaurant at the mall was on a wait!
